Please note: Volunteers are expected to attend mandatory monthly in-person meetings at our Vaughan office, actively participate in all festival events, and stay engaged through group chats and emails. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have graduated from an Ontario high school, and complete a Vulnerable Sector Check. Key qualities include a positive attitude, punctuality, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. While film festival experience is a plus, an interest or knowledge in films is highly valued.
